Velebit is the biggest mountain in Croatia. Even dough it is not very high, during winter conditions routes are very hard. There are strong winds and no huts on the route. Additionally my mountaineering club is named by this mountain, so this is even bigger challenge for my team. So far, there is no evidence that somebody did this route in winter conditions in past. Route goes from north side of the ridge to south part, and ends in world famous climbing centre Paklenica which is almost on the sea level. This bring very unusual combination of winter route which ends on sea.
